Katie is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through NSCA, TRX Instructor Certified, HKC Dragondoor Kettlebell Certified Instructor, Spinning and Schwinn certified, AFAA Primary Group Fitness certified, and CPR/AED.
